Do you need an invite to become a chacha guide?

I filled out the form to become a guide and haven't heard anything from them. I was wondering if it usually takes a long time or do you need to have an invite in order to be considered

not necessarily...you can fill out an application online and they'll contact you and let you know if they're hiring. or you can get an invite from a master guide
