Do you think it was incredibly intelligent for Sarah Palin to invite Oprah to Alaska?

Yes and I think it also show s what am incredible person she truly is.. she really is a real person. and a true Christian. not a phony.like some we know about being a christian.
Do you think it was incredibly intelligent for Sarah Palin to invite Oprah to Alaska?
Yes, a wonderful move on Sarah's part. We know Oprah won't go though, She can only go where she is the big star, She has to be the one in the spotlight, and would not like to be only the sideshow. Oprah is a fake and has become so radical that just watching her is painful. Besides,Oprah is not woman enough to take Sarah up on the invitation.
Reply:Actually yes, that was a very intelligent move on her part. I don't like Oprah and have never. I have always felt she was a racist, just by the things she says and how she conducts her show. It is so scripted to make her look like the savior to the black women. The girls school in Africa was the turning point for me. Why not take care of the girls here? Why not a girls school in Chicago? More than 40% of black high school girls do not graduate. That is here in the United States, that is not right. We need equal education for all our children, black and white. Sorry the older I get the more I believe we should take care of our own first. Sarah Palin's invitation is a good thing, it will make the women think on what is really important in this country.
Reply:I have to agree with the other messenger that Oprah is a racist..I think that Oprah has gotten to big and should squished like a bug on a windshield...as for Palin inviting her to Alaska??Palin knows who Oprah is backing with her hidden agenda..This is a waste of time..This to me just shows her inexperience...and it shows she would sleep with the enemy...but I do believe that John McCain and Sara Palin are the choice for the next election..NOT OBAMA AND THE LOOSE CANNON..If Obama had picked Hillary as his running mate then I would have considered it, but now, forget it..The Democrats have their heads in the sand on this one, Obamas running mate again show his inexperience, and we know what inexperience does just look at the last 8 years with George Bush!!! I blame the media CNN%26lt;NBC%26lt;ABC for promoting Obama saying his lead would be greater over McCain than Hillaries..Funny now that he has the nomination its now not that..Mind you the Republicans have bought out all the media to promote their agenda its a joke...Hillary if nominated would have won this election hands down, she would have smoked the republicans out of office, this is why they were scared..During the primaries and caucass's O bet all these people were all Republican that voted for Obama only to see his demise in the election...We need a better system, for the nominations period....anyhow sorry Im rightfully mad about this upcoming election, I will be voting independent...I wish Hillary would run as an independent..we need true change, not the wrapping or oral #2........Gregg
Reply:The trick is the quote of her inviting Oprah is several months old. It was taken before she was selected as McCain's choice for VP. She has no beef with Oprah and back when she made her invitation she was showing her respect for Oprah and thought Oprah should come up to see the state of Alaska and all it's beauty.

Reply:personally i do not see it as important, so Palin invited Oprah to Alaska, what does it matter to our country, our main concern should be the economy and ending the pointless war, something like that has no relevance to our country, so over all i do not find it intelligent, just pointless
Reply:Yes Granny, I think it is a brilliant move to extend herself to the other side. Being seen as a uniter will get her more votes, especially woman. As the old saying goes" you get more with sugar than with vinegar.

I for one would like to see her taking the high road against Karl Roves tactics of keeping the Dems on his sights. It would make it easier for me to vote for McCain, with both of them keeping the mudslinging to a minimum.
Reply:Where have I been? I didn't know about this. I agree that it is a splendid idea and shows how great Palin really is. I used to think Oprah was also a beautiful person until these past few years have revealed unfavorable changes in her personage.
Reply:I'm not sure that incredible intelligence is required to make such an invitation. But it is a good move.
Reply:I don't thing she's going to accept that invitation, because "they" hate cold weather and perhaps Palin knows that. therefore that's a great move!
Reply:INCREDIBLY!!!!

The more I know about her, the greater I think she is!!!

Palin/McCain '08!!
Reply:Sure it is. I think that is the only way that Alaska will have any political notice with the White House
Reply:Yes, if nothing else it will expose Oprah for her hypocrisy...
Reply: Sound pretty gracious to me, all things considered.
Reply:lol are you serious i hadnt heard that..but hats off to palin for being the bigger woman..
Reply:yes when Opie says no it will show her as the racist pig in lipstick she really is
Reply:lol i'm sure she'll make up some excuse so she wouldn't have to go.
Reply:sure, why not?
Reply:why does she even need to be on oprah..o yea now i remember because republican are crying about how it isn't fair that obama was and she wasn't..all she gonna do is lie the whole time they are doing the show anyway..
Reply:Palin did this in an interview months ago, long before Oprah said she refused to have Palin on before the election.
