back home is my visa time limit effects on my wife visa application, or is there any condition in Uk immigration laws that u must have 3 or 4 months visa validation.

If she is coming as your dependent spouse, then she will be given visa for exactly same duration as yours. I'd suggest if u are renew ur visa for next year, ask your wife to submit the application after few months when ur visa is renewed.
