Why would she invite me and should i go to her party?

There's a girl that i barely know that goes to my school, she's in my grade. I think I've only said hi to her once. she went up to me and said "hi, would you like to come to my party" i said "um ok" and then she blushed and gave me an invite then quickly went away. why would she invite me? should i go to her party?

With SOME people--it's all about numbers...a numbers game...like how some people who go on sites like Myspace want tons of friends..but take NO time to actually get to even KNOW those friends...they think that the quantity weighs over the quality...and that--with that high quantity--in this case--MAYBE all the plentiful guests present at her party--might reflects on her being seen as popular and means in her mind that the party--with the huge amount of people--is therefore a "success."





I'd only suggest you go if you are in the mood to meet some new people. You might have fun. You may find that she flirts with you...and take from that what you wish...





If you don't feel like mingling--don't go.


Surely though --don't look at her inviting you as some big announcement symbolizing that you're on the top of her lists of favorite people...you might not be--maybe she just blushed because she thinks you are ONE of the boys she deems as 'cute'...or even that she necessarily wants to invest time and effort in getting to know you--she may --or may not.

Reply:It's her way of hopefully getting to know you better and gives you a chance to hang out. I would say DEFINITELY go, if it's a bad party you can always leave. Show up fashionably late so your not the first or only one there. Say the party starts at 7 I would come 7:45 or 8 to give a little time for more of the guests to show up.

She may have invited 30 other guys, and you were just one she was interested in having as a guest, or she may be interested in you more specifically. Either way, just treat her as a friend.
