How can I invite other people to be my Contact?

I have seen people having people as their Contact. There are some things I wanted to know: How can I invite people in Yahoo! answers to be my Contact? How can I be other people's Fan?

When you click the Add to my contact that links y'all up as contacts.





For the Fans, let see: I really don't see the difference or the link for being a fan.





Okay the fan folder listing works: you'll be contacted via email that they want to join. you can not selected them as a contact then to them you will fall under just as a fan. so if you ask to be a contact and the person tells you no, they will stay as a fan in your folder.
Reply:put your mouse on the picher. than it would say contact, block. click on contact.
Reply:OK,first.......you go to my contact then you can you press what friend you like to contact.
