suppose you are the finance minster of pakistan now-a-days, what policies whould you suggest to address issues and encourage foreign invesment?

I would make the case that investments lead to prosperity and prosperity is the only sustainable defense against radicalization. It's in the Western interest to encourage Pakistanis to become happy consumers and producers. Poverty and isolation on the other hand are the perfect breeding ground for radical Islam, when people become desperate they often turn to radical alternatives. I'd also point out Pakistan is a huge market full of potential costumers.
